Don't ever fix a trailer door at Loves. They have a book time of 1.3 hours per hinge. So if they fix a door with 5 hinges, they will bill you for 6.5 hours labor time, even if it takes 1-2 hours.

⭐ 1/5 – Complete disaster and shame on Love’s
This is another Love’s Service disaster, and it keeps happening over and over. First, they change the filters, and only after that they suddenly say they cannot drain the oil because “something happened” to the drain plug.
This exact story has happened to me at multiple Love’s locations over the last couple of months. Somehow, at Love’s, the drain plug is always a problem. But here’s the reality: every other truck shop can unscrew a drain plug without any issue. Only Love’s “can’t” — and then immediately tries to sell you a new oil pan.
This is not a coincidence. This is either gross incompetence or a dishonest upsell tactic.
It’s absolutely unacceptable that a nationwide truck service chain cannot perform a basic oil drain, something that small independent shops handle daily without drama. Instead, they create a problem and then try to charge you thousands for it.
This is a disaster, and honestly, a shame on Love’s. I do not trust their diagnostics, their process, or their intentions anymore.
Avoid Love’s Service unless you want unnecessary problems and expensive repairs pushed on you.

They will waste your time. I stopped at 6:30 pm to get an oil change. They told me it would be 2 hours until they could get me in fast forward at 10:10 pm they call me and tell me they won’t do my oil change because they don’t have time for it. If you want your time not wasting by lazy people who walk around the shop all day and don’t do shit don’t stop here. And the lady at the desk is a liar too. After telling me about 2.5 hours wait she told me at the end 2 hours per oil change. What a joke this place is
