This nail salon has been my place of choice for a while. On 08.12.21 I arrived at the salon at 5:45 pm. I was immediately greeted by a guy and was asked what services I wanted. I told him a manicure and pedicure. He said have a seat please. I sat there patiently while other patrons were being serviced. I mean the end product is nice! But not for the price. I was getting acrylic removed and a simple mani. They pushed me to get a volcano pedi since it was my birthday and made it seem like it was going to be discounted or something bad on my part that I didn't ask how much. (65$) I then agreed to get a neck massage and shoulder and it was really painful. The girl doing my pedi cut me and I started bleeding so we had to hold a cotton ball down to stop the bleeding. So for a pedi and just a manicure with no polish- 95$ I should of asked for prices but I was uncomfortable a good bit

If I could give 0 stars I would. They make up their own prices. SNS is $35 and they charged me $45. I asked for the price book and it said SNS $35 and she said “this is the old book.” My friend got her pedicure and it lasted only 5 minutes. They didn’t use a warm towel at all.
