I absolutely love this company and appreciate the care they gave my loved one. Our caregiver was amazing, and Ms. Nekia, the CEO, was very hands-on and always available. Southern Hearts was our 4th agency, and last, I've never been able to call a CEO directly. If I could give 100 stars, I would. I'm not discrediting anyone else's experience; I'm reviewing my family's and my experience with this agency, and it has been great thus far.

They are beyond exceptional! This is my first time working with them, and we had a hiccup with my first check from my understanding all of payroll employees were out today and everyone who was in the office and wasn’t in the office work together to make sure I was paid in some form! This is a company who truly cares about there employees and stand exactly for what they say! They went above and beyond!

My dad is a veteran with this company it started out rocky with staffing. I requested to speak with the owner once I had a conversation with Ms. Nekia she assured me that the situation would be taken care of 6 years later my dad is still with the company and she kept her word. We love it here! I can appreciate any company where the owner is hands on and caring. I recommend Southern Hearts.

I currently work as a Staffing Coordinator and have experience as a former HR Coordinator, and I can honestly say this has been one of my favorite professional experiences. The work environment has grown tremendously in structure and organization over time. I have never experienced a messy or chaotic atmosphere here leadership is very intentional about maintaining professionalism and accountability.
Our CEO and CFO are both incredibly kind and hardworking. They are committed to building strong systems and ensuring that both employees and clients feel supported. What stands out most is how deeply the leadership team cares about the clients we serve. They truly prioritize making sure families receive the best caregivers possible.
Of course, in staffing and healthcare, we cannot control every action of caregivers in the field but leadership does not take client concerns lightly. I have seen firsthand how seriously the executive team addresses issues and advocates for quality care and proper treatment of clients.
The company culture is also very appreciative. Employees are recognized, treated to lunches, and thoughtfully acknowledged during holidays. It genuinely feels like leadership values the team. No company is perfect, and there is always room for growth and improvement anywhere but this organization consistently strives to do better. It is absolutely a place where you can grow professionally and build meaningful experience.
Overall, this has been one of my favorite jobs, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dedicated team.
