Had my car cleaned today. It was not a good experience. There was something splattered all over the outside of my car. Whatever was used to clean inside was not wiped down good and you can see where it was sprayed on and not wiped down. The trunk of my car was not vacuumed. The reason I gave them 2 stars is because the carpet and seats were cleaned very good. But over all I was very disappointedServices: Full body wash

I booked an appointment with Eugene the day before I needed the service performed. I was told that he wouldmeet me at 9:30 the next morning so that he could get started. I was there at 9:30 but Eugene did not show up. I left the vehicle with another employee. When I returned to get my vehicle later that day, it had not been washed, it was locked, and no one was there to give me my keys. Eugene made no attempt to contact me with an explanation. The building was locked. Needless to say panic and frustration soon followed. Finally, after an hour of waiting and calling the business number, the original employee brought my keys. I will never use this service again. A simple phone call would have alleviated all the frustration. Not a professional way to run a business!
