I dont know what happened to the 5 star company I delt with. But this RPM is not the same people who helped me. Please bring Alex and Paul back. They are the true 24 hour Roadside Solutions!!
It’s 9:00 pm rain is on the way and we put our window down in our truck and it gets stuck! We are in a fix!! Look online and find rpm roadside and in 30 minutes someone is here and window fixed! Thank you!! We were missing the right tool and rpm saved the night!
We got stranded in Macon GA, on our way to FL, called and spoke with Alex and explained our situation, she was very pleasant and efficient!! They got there quickly and Paul had everything he needed to get us back on the road!
Excellent service and very knowledgeable!
If there were an option for 10 stars, this company deserves them!!! ♥ thank you!!!!
