All staff at the Ingleside Piedmont Urgent Care were professional and courteous. They seemed to genuinely care about their patients well being and care. The PA ensured the meds they were going to prescribe didn't interfere with my current meds. I highly recommend Piedmont Urgent Care.
Great bedside manner the Dr. really listened to me. This is a wonderful place to go if you can’t get in with your Family Dr. very clean and comfortable environment. I felt more at peace using this facility instead of Emergency room. The Emergency Rooms for serious cases not colds and not a Dr office.
I booked on line an appointment at the Ingleside Piedmont Urgent Care to check out a urinary tract infection. I got excellent lab testing, followed by more rigorous testing at a lab my specimen was sent to. In 5 days I received a follow up phone call giving my lab results and further specific care needed. A visiting relative who is a health care professional from CA was amazed at this thorough care! She said LA Urgent Care offers nothing close to this high level care! I did have a long wait, but clearly the quality care was worth the wait!
