I GO HERE WHEN I CANT GET IN TO SEE MY REG. DR. THE STAFF IS KIND & THEY GET U IN AS SOON AS THEY CAN, IF YOU WANT TO GET IN & OUT U NEED TO COME FIRST THING IN THE MORNIN. THE NURSES ARE GREAT & SO ARE THE DOCTORS..MY MOM COMES HERE, SO DOES MY DAD & MY BRO. & HIS WIFE, WE LOVE THIS PLACE....SOME DAYS & TIMES ARE BUSIER THAN OTHERS..ITS WAY BETTER THAN GOING TO THE ER AT HOSPITAL DOWNTOWN THATS 6HR WAIT...I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS, BUT U HAVE TO REMEMBER NO ONE CAN PREDICT WHEN ITS GOING BE BUSY OR SLOW...
Absolutely wonderful staff!!! From the sweet lady that checked me in to the kind lady that checked me out, absolutely wonderful!! (My apologies I cannot remember the names of these two ladies or I would specifically mention!). On a Sunday (9/21) when not much else is open I went to this urgent care. When I got there, the number of cars in the parking lot indicated they were busy, but I still needed to be seen. I did have a little wait, but not near as long as I anticipated!! All moved smoothly and efficiently.
