Tripped over my granddaughters big dog in the dark and necessitated a trip to urgent care. I made an appointment for 4:30 PM and was seen immediately. This must not have been the same as the one crew that is talked about so negatively!! I was treated so professionally! Dr. Patel (who I’ve seen before), the nurses, X-ray technician, and other staff treated me with compassion, kindness and respect. This is my urgent care facility for sure! (2 cracked ribs! Ouch!)
I almost just went home after the bass rd minute clinic was such a bust, but I was afraid to ignore my symptoms so instead stopped in to the Zebulon Rd Atrium urgent care center (Friday evening July 3rd.) This is my honest review: at the front desk I was checked in by a helpful friendly staff member
The waiting was minimal. The area was clean and comfortable. I saw two different nurses—lovely, warm treatment. I saw a female doctor—She was thorough, professional, and kind as well. I also saw an X-ray tech—again, a very sweet woman. I left this place feeling so glad I came!!
Thank you to everyone today -the nurses especially. I ran in bleeding horribly and they got me right back, the doctor quickly took care of it, and the nurses took great care to clean me up.
