We had to reroute the air duct to add space to the boys bathroom to make it accessible. Old South Heating and Air gave us the best price - thousands less than other companies who said it couldn’t be done the way I proposed. Others also said we needed to add another $15,000 system. Old South gave us the space we wanted without charging us a fortune. It was so nice dealing with an honest contractor with a brain that thinks outside the box!

Fast like within the hour of my call. Friendly, knowledgeable and I will say the first service company to really treat me right. I will only call Old South for all of my HVAC needs from now on. Thanks Guys!!

My Mom was having issues with the thermostat in her house and no one from the family was around to stop by and look at it, so she gave the guys at Old South a call and they were able to talk her thru fixing the issue without sending a tech or charging her a dime. My Mom knows nothing about these things and they could have taken her for quite a ride, but they were 100% honest and bc of that, they'll always have our business for any of our heating and AC needs.
