I have been a Patient with Neurology Associates for over a year and have never had an issue at all. My doctor recently retired and I was assigned to Dr. William Roche. I am 72 years old and have seen many doctors . By far, I have never seen a doctor that was so attentive to my medical issues as Dr . Roche was. He listened to my issues and never once interrupted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and concerned . He gave me encouragement that I needed. There is no way I could express to anyone what a Great Doctor he is. Great staff and doctors here. I never feel rushed when with the doctor, and it's easy to set appointments. Have your paperwork organized and bring your proof of insurance each time for a smooth experience.

As I do like my neurologist Dr.Quan. The office staff is very disappointing. I am on daily medication to keep chronic migrains at bay as I also have cervical stenosis. I along with my pharmacy have been trying to get ahold of an actual person for a week to get my prescription filled as something needs to be verified, has not returned there calls nor mine. Now I'm completely out and having withdrawals that are a nightmare. I realize they are transitioning to one office, but you would think someone would answer the phone.
