As a local realtor and brokerage owner, I’m very selective about the inspection companies I recommend. This team is consistently thorough, responsive, and professional. They communicate clearly with both agents and clients, show up on time, and deliver detailed reports that are easy to understand. I trust them completely and use them often.
Outstanding service. We've used National Home Inspection twice. The first time saved us from purchasing a house with more problems than we wanted to deal with. Things that the seller should have provided, but failed to do so. NHI just completed a second inspection on another house, so we now know what needs to be fixed and that those issues are acceptable to us. At the end of the inspection, the inspector spent time with us highlighting areas of concern and answering our questions. Their reports are detailed with pictures and information that we find very useful. Great Job NHI!
Chris from Nationalhome inspections did an excellent job. He inspected everyting and provide detailed report with pictures that same day. Would use again if needed & would definitely recommend them!!
