They do a good job on nails. You don't need an appointment, just walk in. They also do eyebrows. I usually get breakfast next door first at Tommy's. I only get my nails done twice a year (if that) for special occasions or travel, so I can't speak to what others have experienced. I don't have to have stuff removed and I only get the most basic mani pedi and eyebrow. I am going again today so I will update my experience later.

I came in about half an hour before they were closing and they still did a great job on my fill in. They didn't rush it and the length and shape looks great. This is a family owned salon and the owner is very nice. The prices are also very reasonable. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I'm glad I gave this place a chance!

I'm mainly giving 2 stars because I felt like I was pressured into upgrading my manicure and pedicure in a way that was offensive and off putting. I went to this shop to try them out since they're close to my apartment. Being that I was only trying them out, I opted for a basic mani-pedi to see how their services and customer service were. If the basics were good, I would come back for upgraded services. If they couldn't handle the basics, why would I come to spend $50+ Now let me preface this by saying that I completely understand the reason behind upselling and trying to get customers to spend more money, and that's not my issue.
