“Northside Pediatrics was a breathe of fresh air. The cleanliness of the offices cannot be understated. Patients are separated by sick or well appointments and only occupy rooms designated for their appointment type. Our first appointment took less than an hour including paperwork (which you can download from website). The visit was night and day different from our previous pediatric group, which we used for our other 4 children spanning 20 years. The receptionist at the office was knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly found our appointment, entered us into the system, and had us seated in a room in less than 10 from our arrival time. The staff took their time evaluating and treating our child. Everyone in the office was kind, patient, and understanding and we were exceedingly pleased with our first experience at Northside Pediatrics.“

“Dr Evelyn Bickley gives excellent care with compassion! Most recent she examined, CT in office, radiologist read and Rx treatment plan within one days time. I’m so thankful she’s my doctor and worked me in. I feel had she not seen me so quickly, I could have ended up in the hospital as opposed to at home.“
