Firstly, the male nail tech cut my thumb so deep that it bleed entirely to long.. When the guy finally decide to ask do I want something to put on it, it burned tremendously. I had to wash my hands twice to get the chemical from the cut. Even after that I let him finish my nails. But the drill was to high and burned my nail bed. Not once but at least 5 times. He also got upset that I kept snatch my hand away and told me to stop moving. The place itself seem older but tolerable. They aren’t very sanitized especially during this pandemic. Ps I got my nails done today, a fill in. My nail as already broken.

Do not go here if you value your time. I have now been here twice and every single time, I have had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come begin my manicure or pedicure. Additionally, they do one thing at a time so pedicure first then once complete, they move to manicure... so inefficient. I spent over 2.5 hours there getting a mani/pedi. I have never had it take that long in my life. I am so upset that I spent money here!!!

Today was my first visit and never going back. Normally if a nail salon is doing bad I let them finish, pay and just never return but this location did so bad throughout everything that I just had to stop them in the middle of it and leave.
