Wendell came out and advised me on my roof situation. Helped me understand what needed to be done. Recommended the right folks for that task. Didn’t charge me a penny even though I offered! Now that’s customer service!

50 years of home ownership has made me a little cynical about the trades and craftsmanship. LE Schwartz has done it right the first time on several occasions now for me. Could I get it done cheaper? Possibly, but the cost and angst of having it done twice makes Schwartz the right choice for me.

If you are a detail and process oriented person that wants it done right the first time, look no further. After shopping almost 10 different residential roofers within 100 miles, L.E. Schwartz won in every category. Though they won 1st place in price, price became irrelevant once they demonstrated their value. From point of contact to installation, everything was executed without error. I was given a million dollar experience for a simple roof job. 11 workers arrived at my home exactly on time, even though I am an hour away.
