I was unimpressed with my old dry cleaners/alterations lady due to the fact that she did not dry clean my clothes as I requested and waited a day before my flight to tell me. I was in a panic and I searched all over town. I called Dixie cleaners, and the lady who answered the phone was so welcoming and assured me that I would be able to have my clothes dry cleaned the same day as long as I made it before the cut off time. This relieved me so much!!! 10/10 stars if I could.
I got a stain on a brand new coat that I had recently purchased and only wore one time. I tried to remove the stain myself, but was unsuccessful with my attempts. I dropped off my coat here and only after a few days my coat was ready. They did a phenomenal job with cleaning my coat. The two ladies at the front desk were amazing with their customer service when I came to pick up my garment. Great services, with even better prices. I will definitely be returning here in the future for any needs!
The new owners are amazing! They care about their work and will do an amazing job on your clothes! They will also greet you with a smile and help you with anything reliable to clothes!
