Honestly, I’m not sure which hairdresser I went to, but my experience was a 4/10. For one, when I texted her, she only responded to one question at a time, which angered me. Sometimes she ignored my questions entirely, and I had to ask again. Even then, her responses were half-written, and I had to repeat all my questions just to get answers.
I gave her a 4 because she was gentle with my hair. However, my appointment was in the morning, and I texted her to confirm, but she still wasn’t there on time. Then, she had the nerve to sit and talk for 15 minutes with someone who wasn’t even a customer.
I will not recommend her. She did not deliver my service correctly the first time, which may have been my mistake for not communicating my words properly. Even so, she put little to no product in my hair.
On top of that, the hair didn’t last at all. Yes, I know it depends on the hair texture, but there’s no way my curls should be falling 20 minutes after leaving the shop.
I never got her name, but the only way I can describe her is that it looks like she had a BBL gone wrong and wore a blonde wig. If this is the Andrea I was referred to, I’ll think twice about booking with her again.
And no, this is NOT a troll or a bot—this is an honest review!

I connected with Mrs.Andrea from local media page that refereed to her as the best stylist for natural hair. I contacted her and received appointment the same day. She informed me on how to properly take care of my hair with one appointment and also explained why it was not best for her to trim my natural hair in its wet state. I really value her opinion and was grateful on all the knowledge I received form just one appointment. I will most definitely be returning to continue my healthy hair journey. This is one case where you can believe what you see/read on the internet lol. I highly recommend Mrs.Andrea. Her prices are afforable, plus her salon atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing.

You are a negative hair dresser. My mom had to come and snatch my money out your hand because you negative. You have a reputation of being one of the worst in that area. It’s been years since I been to you but your hairstyles are all the same on all your portfolio pictures. The hairstyles are very mediocre. Don’t respond back to me. This my opinion. Just like all the other comments that have posted. You slow and you rude. You will never make the big bucks with that nasty attitude. Hair dressers are falling off the face of the earth. You tell everybody this is what I said to you, nasty hairdressers. Remember you need people, people don’t need you!!!! People it’s true about House of Hell. Find someone else to do your hair.

Andrea is my new go-to person for quality hair. After a month, my daughters hair still looks great with minimal to no shedding. The body and appearance have received many compliments. The hair has natural movement and holds curls very well.I highly recommend Andrea. Her price points are fair and upfront. The salon is beautiful and has ample parking.

I had the pleasure of sitting in Andrea’s chair after hearing so many wonderful things. She responds really quick and she took me at the last minute. This photo was taken almost a week after she did my quick weave. It’s still holding up, no loose tracks, I’m still satisfied and I can’t wait to sit in her chair again. What really made this a professional experience is when Bre called me yesterday to make sure I was satisfied and to thank me for coming by. Out of 24 years of letting someone do my hair I’ve never had anybody to follow up with me after getting my hair done. It shows they care and as a business they are appreciative of their clients. The shop is really cute, too! ?

For 1 I waiting 2 hours to start my service.. I was getting a cut, relaxer and style. Showed the style I wanted, she just started cutting too much of my hair off to do the style . I did not want my hair that low all around. She put the relaxer on WITH NO BASE!!! At 1:30pm .. it is now 7pm and my scalp still burns! She washed it out and let me sit at the sink for over an hour before I went to her to wash it out and do my hair. Booked clients on top of each other so I’m getting a quick pixie style and have to wait for her to keep trying to fit 2-3 (people) sewins in between. NEVER going back and she charged me $100 for a pixie cut when I had only 4-5 inches of hair. When I wanted to leave for the wait before styling she said I would still be charged full service… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, that’s not how you do service or have long wait times like that forcing clients to stay.Service: Hairstyling
