Casey at Hearing Life Macon is a wonderful hearing specialist. She quickly diagnoses problems and is ready with solutions. After she treated me well for years with older hearing aids, I
purchased new updated hearing aids yesterday. She patiently demonstrated how to use them and answered all of my questions. She makes herself available to answer further concerns after the appointment. I highly recommend her.

I was taken care of promptly and with respect. It's really really hard for anyone to sell me anything even if i really need it. That said I made the decision to get my first time hearing aids there at HearingLife Macon. GA. office 5 minutes in to my experience there. I felt comfortable without pressure to take the next step forward in getting my first hearing aids.
Update: Had my second appointment 08/30/2024 and received my very first hearing aids. They feel and work fantastic! Staff at HearingLife Macon, GA. took care of me very well and answered any questions I had.
Very professional people..she took her time with the testing , answering every question I had.After testing she went over the paper showing me just what the test showed.
And helped me understand what we needed to do next.
