Best owners I have rented from. They are always up front about everything, and very kind and helpful. Any time an issue has come up with the place, if they aren't already working on it, they immediately get on it.
Will is the best owner I have ever rented from hands down. Always up front and honest while understanding at the same time.
The GA Peach Properties are wonderful to rent with. I rent a studio space and they have made each month stress free.
If there was ever anything to ask about the building, they are already looking into or doing it.
I had an excellent experience working with Will and his team. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was always clear and timely, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. I would 100% recommend to friends and family!
