I have been a participant with this school since 1997 and have seen instructors and students come and go. One common characteristic that pervades is discipline and expertise. There have been minor injuries at times including myself but one thing is for sure intentional injury is not tolerated. If someone does not play by the rules something is said. Our school is committed to excellence, discipline, and family focus. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of instruction and family atmosphere.

I have trained here for many years. The instructors are very knowledgeable and are very interested in seeing you improve. Their children's programs are excellent as well. I highly recommend them!
