Wonderful friendly staff, great classes for anyone who want to exercise at any level and I enjoy seeing everyone that comes to the gym, this gym is a great part of my husband and my day.
Everything about this facility is 5 star. The staff is friendly and professional, the equipment is up to date and there are endless amounts of activities to get into. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to better their health in a safe environment.
this place is awesome. it has an indoor pool. it opens at 5 am. it is the only indoor pool within 30 mile radius open at 5am. the staff are friendly. they have doctors there. you can get a start up fitness examination. it is a great place to work out. it has an indoor track, fitness classes, and baby sitting. it is not 24 hours. who needs access to a 24 hour gym in Macon, Georgia any way? this is the best gym where I have ever held a membership for more than a year. The location is great. Inside looks awesome. I was amazed at the variety of fitness classes offered. the showers are not gang showers like the ones offered in Air Force Basic training. it has individual dressing areas you walk into immediately after you take a shower. so you don't have to be offensively overly exposed after you shower. they offer towel service too. for me, a swimmer, this is perfect. I use their towels so inside of my car doesn't smell like chlorine all day. for the elderly, it offers a silver slippers program. the pool has a ramp with rails so you can get in and out without having to climb a ladder. it also has treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, weight training machines, and free weights. i wish all gyms were like this one. however, if everybody was great then this one could not outshine them as it does so well. Did I say this Gym is Great? Well, let me say it now. This gym is awesome.
