    They do not answer their phone and their voicemail does not identify them as a hair cutting place or give any information. It just says please leave a message. So obviously there is no way to establish that they are still in business or that you have the right number. Rookie business mistake.

    I walked in the salon, and immediately didn’t feel welcome... no one acknowledged that I was even there for 10 mins— 2-3 others walked that were apparently “regulars” or “close friends” that were instantly greeted— A short blonde asked me “who you here to see?” I replied “I’m a walk in” The blonde stated “what do you need?” I said “just a wash and cut” she looked at me like I was crazy, and said “I don’t think anyone has time for you” First off, that’s not how you tell a customer you can’t see them today....... I’ll spend my money somewhere I feel welcome...
