Wonderful experience!

We moved into new house in Macon! Several spots on carpet that I couldn’t get out! ChemDry could! Looks brand new! The service techs are great and have been with company for last several years! Nice to see them come!

My dog recently had an accident in my bedroom and if that wasn’t bad enough, she proceeded to roll her ball through it covering the rug in poop. Being a very large rug topped with very heavy furniture, I was unsure how to clean it thoroughly and was worried that using a traditional carpet cleaner would saturate the rug and the pad underneath and take days to dry out. I called Adam (who responded immediately) and he could not have been more accommodating. He came out within hours to assess the situation and fit me into the schedule for the following day. The technician, Charlie, arrived (on time!) and was very kind, knowledgable and cleaned up after himself. He was able to clean the rug completely without moving all the furniture. The pad remained dry, the rug dried completely after a few hours and now looks brand new! I am sensitive to strong smells and had no issue with the scent during or after cleaning. I also love that there are no chemicals as I have 2 dogs who lay on the rug. I have known Adam and his family for 30 years so I already knew that he is a trustworthy, hardworking person. Even so, I am pretty particular about quality as well as customer service and I can confidently say that he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Adam and ChemDry of Macon. Thank you Adam!
