Dr. Ross was our family Dentist for over 20 years he was the best. Sad that he retired him and his staff did a phenomenal job every time we went. Coming back to finish off my dentistry work with the fam.?

I have been going to Dr. Ross since I was a child. My first concern was I have a gap and I don’t even think my front two teeth were ready to be pulled but Dr. Ross pulled them both at the same time and has always pressured me about closing my gap telling me over time it would get wider. I often asked Dr. Ross if it was any other option to closing my gap than traditional braces , and I was hoping they he did resin bonding but he encouraged me that I had to get the skin removed that kept my gap open first which my Medicare at the time didn’t cover because it was considered cosmetic more than a medical reason. I also remember a time that Dr. Ross insisted that I need a spacer towards my back teeth so my teeth wouldn’t pushed together that was painful and he threw down the spaced after resizing because it wouldn’t fit but noticed that I became frighten and told me that he wasn’t mad at me he was mad because the spacer would not fit properly. I told my mom and I ended up not going to Dr. Ross got quite sometime. I am now 24 years old and I had a tooth come out on the right side , I didn’t even know that doctor Ross had completely fixed that tooth with what I believe a filler to make it appear to be a tooth but it wasn’t. That tooth had no base or anything so once it came out that was it. Save your self if you can !

Don't regret (like I do) not doing your own research or getting a second opinion before getting fillings or other major work done! The fillings he gave me are uncomfortable and unnatural.
