BenchMark Physical Therapy in Macon, GA is a leading outpatient clinic. The staff is very nice, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. They provide patient-focused care, exceptional care, and personalized treatment plans. The therapists listen to needs and concerns, provide positive feedback, and work with patients. They are compassionate, honest, and always helpful. The care is outstanding with valuable guidance and helpful tips for managing pain at home. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The facility is clean. Scheduling is convenient and very easy. It is a great place with an amazing team that provides outstanding care.
This location has some of the best staff. The PT's there are so knowledgeable and professional, they made being back in physical therapy a smooth but challenging process. Thanks to them I'm back in the gym with great tools and resources to keep making progress.
Stephanie, Kya, Anthony and Leslie along with the receptionist were all very nice and professional. They were all very knowledgeable in their field and made the exercises educational and fun. The facility was clean and scheduling was very easy.
Stephanie helped me tremendously. I went from severe pain to very mild pain and I am appreciative of that. She gave me exercises to complete at home which has been a great help. All of the staff there was very personable and easy to talk to. The atmosphere was relaxed which helps when you are unsure what you are walking in too. I will use them again if I need them in the future.
