“I have been to this nail bar twice now. The 1st nail tech I had approximately a month ago was absolutely wonderful. Her name is Emily. She has a warm personality and very good attention to detail in her skills. Loved the way my nails and brow wax turned out! This time I went and asked for her to find out she doesn't work on Mondays, I decided to try another technician. I wanted to be a fan, but I am not. I don't feel he truly listened, it was more about speed than detail, and when I inspected my finished UV Builder refill after I left, I was disappointed. Their website says $45. I was charged $65. I specifically said to file them shorter but very pointy and I got a rounded almond shape. The edges after the top clear coat were applied were rough. I did tip as I don't believe in not tipping but I am not happy about the price gouge today. I should have fought about the price but it seemed like the staff did not want to be there today as a whole.“

She is on time, very professional. I was totally pleased. Her braids and twists are very precise and neat. She's also fast. The prices are not high. Mercy gave me more than I asked for. One time butt length twists and yesterday, she made my knotless boho braids fuller than I asked for. She's excited about pleasing her customers. She doesn't braid too tight and there is no tension on the edges. I love Mercy's braids so much. She gets me in quickly. I love the atmosphere of the shop which is very important to me. Mercy and her staff are extremely nice. She gives you the price that she quotes. The prices are great and well worth it. You may be able to get a cheaper price somewhere else but the quality is definitely not the same quality that Mercy's unique braids give you. Thank you Mercy for doing my hair and making me feel good about myself.“
