the staff is nice and helpful, open 24 hrs with membership, normally privet, members are realy nice, and just overall a great environment, i think everything you could need in a gym, plenty of equipment and always have a great time going. been going to xteam for almost a year and it has always been my favorite place and keeps growing on me, affordable price to. would recommend for anyone just wanting to put in the work and get results, plus a good starter gyms for anyone newly starting theer journey. ive brought 3 friends to this gym and they loved it and got memberships.

To anyone out there looking for a personal trainer... I’m pretty sure this place is closed. For one I drove their and there and the gym was nonexistent? the one phone number that you cann call goes straight to voicemail.... but the box is full so no leaving a message. Wish someone would’ve updated this before I wasted so much time looking into this place is all

My husband and I have been with Arise for almost a year now. We receive custom macros and a training program that is customized to our individual needs. We have worked out for years and were not able to make the progress we wanted until we joined Arise. Our coaches are attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. I would recommend this team to anyone who is serious about obtaining their goals!!
