I don't believe there is a better group in Atlanta or in Charleston to take care of our refrigeration needs. They hire well and train well and as a result, Heather, Robin and Austin are spoiling us rotten. We just wanted to give this team a well-deserved shout out. Long overdue.
Sometimes, you get someone who knows a lot. Other times, you get guys pulling apart sections of your equipment that don't seem relevant to the problem at hand. It's hit or miss, but they're pretty quick to respond and are qualified for most restaurant type issues.
Although I didn’t need TWC Services for Heating/air, I would definitely recommend them on account of their professional and extremely helpful attitudes. I ran into car trouble today on the side of the road off Buford Hwy by the Goodwill and 2 employees came over to ask me if I was ok and if I needed assistance; which I definitely did-never having changed a tire before. Both Harley and Coty changed my tire, showed me how to do it and stayed until I was good to go! I tried to give them what I had in my wallet but they refused, so if this is the only way I can say thank you to these guys here it is. TWC I hope you know what amazing people you have working for you! Thanks...read full review
