My radio audio had gone out. The sales tech advised the diagnostic cost and proceeded to find the problem. The issue was resolved in a timely manner. I was highly impressed with the customer service and efficiency and knowledge of the tech resolving the issue and without having to buy a radio. Kudos DJ ( i think that's his name, charge it to my head and not my heart)! If I'm in the need of replacing the system I know where I am going 😌.The only downside is there's no inside waiting area but there's plenty of seating on the outside. Thank you.
I had Matt install remote unlock / lock and remote start in my Toyota truck and they did a fantastic job. Wires are hidden, and most importantly it works flawlessly. Very professional establishment and I highly recommend.
Awesome! Gary serviced me… my 2014 Toyota Corolla audio system completely stopped working 7 months prior, when I called Toyota they wanted me to pay almost 1000 just to replace it because it wasn’t a recall on it but it clearly was a software problem. Cruze were able to provide me with a much better one with reasonable price and installation didn’t take long at all.
