Caliber Car wash has incredibly attentive and helpful employees. While I was cleaning my car, I ended up locked out. When I had to call a locksmith who tried to upcharge me, the employees defended me from being taken advantage of and demanded they give me a fair rate. They also stayed with me so I felt safe. The car wash was great itself too and easy to clean.

I was in the area and stopped by to wash my car. The manager Patrick was extremely helpful in getting my mat unstuck from the mat cleaner machine. When my car wasn’t as clean as it could be, he encouraged me to run my car through the wash a second time. Towels and cleaners were well stocked and the vacuums work well. Big extra plus for the free air machine with tire pressure monitoring attached. I am very seriously considering changing my car wash membership to Caliber car wash. The customer service of management and staff at this location are s something to be desired of all service industry professionals. Kudos to Patrick and team
