“My lady and I decided last minute to get some ink on a Saturday and we went to Liberty tattoo Co. We had mistakenly gone to a place before this and got pretty much blown off. As soon as we entered LTC., jay, who was busy tattooing, stopped what he was doing and welcomed us to the shop and asked if he could help us.
