I gave them a 4 on the install they did on a mini split I had ordered. It was not the brand they would usually install. Not quite 2 years later it quit working during the January cold snap. They came out and changed 2 boards ( auxiliary and mother) that did not fix the problem. Keep in mind the only thing they are responsible for is the install which worked fine up until the cold snap. They kind of left me hanging bc I didn't know if they were coming back. They didn't and I never got a call telling me that they couldn't fix it.
I have never had an issue with my HVAC system and this was my first call when my AC went out today! They were amazing to work with! From the person who answered my call, to the person who called me back, to the technicians who arrived quickly and got us back up and running! Thank You Pace Heating & Air!
Very reliable, professional,great work and shows up when they say they will ! They replaced my air conditioner unit completed work in a timely manner ,cleaned up and put in new thermostat ! Awesome people! Highly recommend !!Services: Install thermostat
