Showed up late and I only received an update because I reached out after the time it was already supposed to be here. We ordered a dry slide but it seems to have been used as wet the day before so it was soaked and very dirty. We used our own blower and towels to dry and clean it upon arrival. It also didn’t keep air very well so anyone in it over 40lbs was flattening it. It was a large slide so that shouldn’t have been the case. They did offer a day extra for us to use for being late which helps my review be a 3 instead of a 1 at this point
I had a miscommunication issue a while back with my daughter’s birthday party. Not only did Graceland offer to move the bounce house to our house, they also gave us extra time with it. The two men were very nice and I can’t recommend this place more!
This company was great! I ordered everything online, received emails and receipts digitally. Ryan was very personable and went the extra mile, literally. My granddaughter LOVED the foam machine! The slide and disco dome were very clean. I will be using them again.
