This place is 'over the top' in every way! Who drives over an hour for a relaxing wash, cut, style...I do! And it's more than worth it to me! Ms. Marion and her staff are beyond wonderful, and Amy is my miracle worker. Thank you ladies, love you bunches?

If you previously have used a box dye on your hair even if has been 1year since you colored it ,do not go here and ask for a balayage or highlights because they don't put your hair in foil #1 to actually lighten your hair and proceeded to slap a dark color on top and bleach on the bottom where you can see it isn't blended I was charged 160$ and tipped! I wish I could upload a picture..they told me my hair will break off if the bleached again , didn't offer to do a test strand....?They just didn't want to redo something basically free because I already paid for the service is what it was! My hair looks burnt Orange in the sunlight!! If it was my business I would give 100% customer satisfaction! That was not given!Service: Balayage

Wasted my time, made an appointment for 4:30pm, showed up 15 minutes early & waited well after 4:30 to nothing. The door is locked, no one is answering the phones & no one is answering the door to my knocking. Why make an appointment if no one is available? If no one was available why didn’t anyone contact me? Terrible customer service.

ruined my hair completely. terrible place, NEVER waste your valuable time or money here. my 5 year old daughter could have cut my hair better than these people. Not only did they ruin my hair completely, ruin my self esteem and drain hundreds out of my bank account from trying to fix my hair ( that THEY RUINED ), when i called to file a complaint and ask for my money back, the woman on the phone called me fat and was claiming that the work she did to my hair was the best work anyone could ever do. the people in here need to go back to cosmology school, because it’s quite obvious your license from 30 years ago is expired.
