Dr Justin Chan showed absolutely no remorse. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you care about your family pet, DO NOT bring them here.

Our sweet, loving, protective Rottweiler went in for a visit on 2/9 and was dead within 12 hours. The staff said he was aggressive and heavily sedated him. We dropped him off at 9 a.m. and by 5 p.m. he was brain dead.

My family is devastated. We lost a member of our family in less than 12 hours.

Dr. Justin Chun, a recent 2025 graduate who looked like he had just gotten off his mother’s milk, experimented on our dog — and now he is dead. We believe serious mistakes were made, and instead of compassion or accountability, we were met with zero remorse.

We are heartbroken and would never want another family to go through this kind of pain. * Dr. Osborne was kind and knowledagble I wish she was the one who cared for our dog.

Worst place I have ever been I took my 7 year old Rottweiler here for an examination because he became ill . They gave me a medication to sedate him because he isn’t to friendly the night before to give him also in the morning . My dog was sedated before the examination and diagnosed (with an obstruction in the small intestines, after that, they continue to sedate him again for the procedure after procedure they called me and said my dog was ready to be picked up I received my dog and he was unresponsive they said because of the heavy sedation and for me take him to a after hours urgent care facility for monitoring my dog never woke up ,after hours of calling and waiting for him to wake up the doctor at the urgent care said my dog wasn’t responding to the reversal medication and hasn’t woken up and said that he is brain dead shortly afterwards they pronounced him dead..PLEASE DO NOT have Dr. JUSTIN CHAN take care of your companion he is inexperienced and a new graduate ,graduated in 2025 who performed a major gastric surgery on my seven year-old Rottweiler Took 9 cm of a small intestines out over sedated and killed my companion .Dr Osborne was amazing she was and kind and informative. I wish she was the one before the surgery on my canine. Walton Gwinnett animal clinic is a joke they need to hire more experienced veterinarians who are skilled and understand how to care for each and every animal besides following protocol an use critical care thinking.

They treat my Phoebe, my furr baby, with genuine love and care. They take the time to educate me on her needs. From the front desk, to the wonderful nurses and doctors. I know my Phoebe is in the best hands and on a path to a long, happy, and healthy life.

Fast friendly staff, easy to use for online or telephone appointments booking. Vet techs are helpful. The vet gives options to consider for different individual circumstances. To make a mutual treatment plan.
