BUYER BE WARE!!! I cannot give them the review I wanted to. We got our Roof replaced the summer of 2023. We thought they did a great job from the looks of it. However, a lightening incident shined light on their mistake. Seeing how it has been 2 years since the work was done, there is 2 years of damage and rain water coming in unknown to us. No Flashing was put on our roof. There is a big separation in our roof and soft spots due to their negligent actions. This is not the company you want to use.

We had an awful experience with Roof America. They replaced a section of roof to remedy a condensation issue. A year later we are still experiencing condensation, ceiling damage, and a persistent, strong asphalt smell inside the house that began the day the new roof section was installed. I've made multiple calls to Roof America, and had no responses other than one person saying "I have no idea why that would be happening" and a message from a contractor they referred who said "I hear you need insulation in your attic." (It's a flat roof, there is no attic.) They have not come out to inspect the issues, or returned any of my subsequent calls inquiring about the warranty stated on my invoice. I finally had another roofing company come out and they found multiple major and minor issues with the installation and materials used. Parts are already coming loose and peeling up. The whole thing needs to be replaced entirely, which we will be doing with an actual, reputable roofing company.

Our insurance co had denied our previous claim for roof repairs. Ashton said he could handle it and that he did. He put in a new claim and not only did we get roof repairs, we got a brand new roof. They were very professional, quick and cleaned up behind themselves. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends. Thanks Ashton, much appreciated!!

Fantastic experience from beginning of insurance claim process through installation and final payment. My customer representative Ashton made my experience great. He shepherded me through the claims and adjustment inspection process and kept me informed about the actual installation schedule and their workmanship was amazing. Candance closed the process out with support on paying final invoice. Very pleased and would recommend them any time.

A friend recommended Roof America to us as a ‘contractor’ after a tree fell on our house during a storm in 2023. Initially things seemed to be going well. Possibly we mistook the arrogance of Brandon Pergantis as confidence. The storm hit on July 20, 2023 and what really shouldn’t have taken more than 10 - 12 weeks went on and on and on. My husband arranged for the AC repair on his own but that didn’t stop Roof America from trying to charge us for it again. The final repairs were finally completed around February 2024. There were several things that we repaired ourselves simply because we were just sick and tired of dealing with them. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 3. The outside contractors that they hired were good but Roof America doesn’t return calls and is not available unless they are looking for money. We asked them to come back out to check on a small leak about 6 weeks ago. We have called twice. Still waiting.

Richard helped replace our roof, which was damaged by a wind and hail storm earlier this year. Very thorough, provided an explanation of every step of the process, both in terms of replacing the roof and working through the insurance company. Richard was very attentive and helped handle all aspects of the insurance claim including ensuring the adjuster included all damages. Roof went on very quickly and is of high quality, as were the gutters which were replaced as part of a separate job. Would highly recommend Richard and Roof America.

I would never recommend this company. The salesman, Brandon, should be fired. I find it extremely unprofessional for him to threaten customers by saying they will put a lien on your home, and find it even more unprofessional that the company allows him to get away with this behavior. After reading other reviews, he has done this several times. The work done to our roof by the contractor they hired was subpar at best. Hate to even leave 1 star for their rating. Buyer beware with this company!

Paul came out to our home with his drone and took pictures of our roof. Within minutes he had determined we had extensive hail damage. Within two weeks he had the insurance adjuster out and a new roof put on our home.Top notch service and communication all around. Even when our insurance company dragged their feet, the office at Roof America handled it. The process was really stress free.We would recommend Paul Squires and Roof America Loganville without hesitation!
