We called reliable water mitigation on a Sunday afternoon after having our washing machine flood 3 levels of our home. I searched and found Jeremy and he immediately sent Jonathan over to take pictures, document everything and explain the process.
Jeremy and Jill came the next morning with a timeline and game plan in place. The following day they began demolition and had everything approved through USAA that we were covered.

My experience with my house flooding was an awful experience and left me in a state of rush where every minute counted. It was very late at night and I called three companies and the first response that I got back was Jeremy with reliable water mitigation. He arrived to my house very quickly after I called and got a couple thermal scans along with going ahead and setting up a dehumidifier for me overnight and him and his crew showed up very early first thing in the morning to go ahead and take care of all the demolition work that was needed. Jeremy from Reliable Water Mitigation made himself available very quickly once Home Depot flooded my kitchen and basement. He has all the necessary equipment to ensure that I could keep my cabinets and did not have any mold growth issues. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very empathetic to the stress of the situation. He has continued to stay in communication as I work through the claims process which has been very much appreciated!
