I just had Prime Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC replace my aging HVAC unit with a new, Trane system. I could not be happier. Drew Allen and Jason were professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel very confident that my system is correctly installed and will give me years of trouble-free service. On a personal note: Drew is one of the most honest people you could ever hope to meet. That fact prompts me to be honest and tell you that I have known him for 30 or 40 years, from when he was a technician for my company's HVAC contractor. Outstanding professionalism and integrity. Ricky and Rob have over 40 years experience, offer service you can trust at a surprisingly reasonable price. They focus on repair, not ‘upgrading’ your equipment. Ricky has maintained my HVAC at home, and at a commercial property for many years. They will save you money, fix whatever problems your HVAC system has, and are enjoyable to be around.
They recently set up my zone system, which controls Heat and AC air flow to upstairs and downstairs, utilizing 2 Nest thermostats, electronic dampers and electronic control board. Then checked every register to confirm heat and AC was reaching its target.
