Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Miller was really great. He was honest and informative, did not try to do more than was applicable for my condition. He explained my condition and gave good advice. We need more capable and truthful doctors like Dr. Miller.

My first visit was great.!!!! . All of the staff ware warm and inviting. I was pleased with the interaction with the Dr. I will be very happy , if I continue to receive the same level of care in all my future visit.

I love Piedmont Physicians of Loganville. Everyone there is wonderful and always go out of their way to help me with a smile. They are so caring and wonderful! From the front office, Rosie & Marsha to my medical team Elaine & Dr. Poynter. Thank you all so much for caring for me!!

This practice has been absolutely amazing. The front office staff was patient with me, even when I was late. The nurse was remarkable and the doctor is outstanding. Definitely recommend this practice.

If it wasn’t for my doctor, I wouldn’t go to this location. The front desk check in staff is absolutely horrible. I am sorry that they hate their job but to take out on patients is wrong. I am in a leadership meeting on my phone, not talking on my phone but they refused to check me in because I have to leave my meeting to hand her an insurance card. She is not asking me any medical questions, she is taking an insurance card. I saw the Medical Assistant and the physician with my meeting in the background and they had no issue. I am sorry that they are not happy in their current situation but this is a forward facing position, the both ladies at the desk needs to find another job. Life is not that bad. I work in healthcare and I will never treat people like that. My daughter was not able to see her doctor because she wanted me to leave my meeting to hand her an insurance card. Unbelievable!!!
