Very transparent and got the issue. No cost for a diagnostic which really helps so cost can directly to the issue to repair. Also he has very good communication and return time for repair. Highly recommend. Pricing is also very very fair.

The place may not look like much since it is a house. But the service and professionalism was A-1. I was treated with respect and they were very knowledgeable. Also the price to repair my laptop was very reasonable and it was done in a very timely matter.
