He was very informative and polite and patient!! Unfortunately the job couldn’t get done because of things that were out of his hand and he still was empathetic and educated me on the issue, definitely a GREAT worker and a GREAT representation for the company, thanks again!!!
Justin was Great! They worked with me. Showed up promptly and after hours. Found the problem getting the part and coming back next day. They was no up sale . They said this is what is wrong and that was it. Even the owner showed up after hours Just to check on it. They were the only one that answered the phone after hours and showed up the next day . I called other companies and still have not heard back from them. So I say give them a chance. I think you will be satisfies with there service. Thanks
Justin diagnosed the problem within seconds of removing a panel and had the problem resolved and parts replaced and cleaned in 30mins!!
