Appt. made day before and I came in 5 minutes early. Stood at desk for a few minutes without any acknowledgement. Everyone talking and finally Sabrina asked how she could help.I had to look at the book myself to tell them who I was scheduled with which was Sabrina. (How rude.)She came up with multiple items in her hands, looked at the schedule. and said “She probably didn’t know her current client had long hair (meaning the scheduler) (who did know I was short on time and and stated I would be done in <30 minutes) and asked if I could come back in 30 minutes Or have a seat. She still had to color, cut and dry. I stated that would take longer and no.(she was blaming this on the scheduler) New client, she didn’t even look at her schedule or she would have known, and could have called me, but obviously she didn’t and didn’t even care. (A client’s time is just as important as hers.) As I was leaving, the young woman, very nice, polite offered to cut my hair. As nice as she was , she did not know how to just trim hair, all I wanted was an inch taken off. I had to keep showing her what she missed and I ended up trimming it further when I arrived home. Was this supposed to be a joke? Apparently Sabrina didn’t feel she needed the business. Some one else told me of some issues he encountered but I didn’t pay attention. I guess my expectations were way too high to expect a little hospitality. No, I will not be back.

I got Shelly’s name from a neighbor that lives in the community where I live and she gave me Shelly’s name. I went and I am so happy with my haircut. I will continue to go back to Shelly she did an amazing job!
