Kelvin was amazing! My heat went out just as a cold snap hit Ga. Kelvin came out immediately and determined the issue. Unfortunately I needed a new unit mine was very old. Other companies said it would be 2 weeks before they could replace it. Kelvin was out here within a day. He worked around my schedule even if that meant working past his time to go home to his family. He was quick, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend KP Heating and cooling to anybody with heating and air needs. Thank you again Kelvin for all of your help.

So grateful for KP Heating & Cooling. My thermostat died and I thought it just needed new batteries. Turns out, there were deeper issues with my connections and heater. Kelvin was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He even showed me how to change my air filter. Highly recommend!
