Harris waterproofing did an outstanding job fixing a flooding problem in our basement. Before Harris's work, our finished yankee basement in our new construction home repeatedly flooded during moderate to heavy rainstorms. Harris was able to identify the source of the problem (our interior drainage system wasn't working correctly, the drain to the exterior of our basement steps needed to be expanded, and our pump system needed to be fixed). Harris implemented a thorough and comprehensive fix, which was overseen by Tim Harris himself (the owner of the company), for a very reasonable price. Excellent company! I have always heard that to stop a basement from leaking that digging outside foundation was the way to go! After talking with John, I was convinced that securing a system on the inside of the basement was a better solution. The workers were on time, explained what would be done, and did excellent clean up. Honestly, we have not had much of a test since the work was done September 2025. But this past week, 4+ inches fell in less that 24 hours and the system worked PERFECTLY! What a blessing to have a company I felt safe with in my home, were knowledgeable, MORE THAN RESONABLY PRICED, and customer service on telephone calls were pleasant and efficient!
Harris Waterproofing Company did an excellent job waterproofing my basement . They were extremely professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend recommend them.
