I have in the past paid 45$ to 125$ for a cut but am more than satisfied with the Senior cut here.
I love the ease of checking in on line. All the stylists but one are awesome. Jennifer, Kelly, Kim , Valerie. and I forget but I think her name is Stephanie give me what I ask for.
Today I made a quick decision to change it up a little. I was or am really stressed right now. Valerie was so kind and let me ramble then so filled with Christian compassion spoke words comfort. I left there feeling a little less stressed.
I started to come about 3 months ago and I met Valerie, since then she has become my favorite hair cutter, awsome woman, she knows what a hair cut is all about. I wish I can get the coupons like every month, other than that awesome.
The haircut, the stylist, and timeliness (check in, wait time, time in the chair, etc.) was all great, BUT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE CHECK-OUT! I received an on-line coupon for a $8.99 haircut, but the computer system WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT!
Kelly, the stylist, said that they had a lot of coupon rejections recently!
WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? Don't send me a coupon for a reduced price to lure me in, then not accept it after my hair has been cut!
