We recently decided to replace some old rugs in our home, and after a recommendation from a friend decided to use Albright flooring. From the very beginning, Joey Junior, replicated, old-fashioned, customer service and flexibility. We found him to be creative in his suggestions, accommodating to our schedule and timeframe, and certainly well within the pricing that we had intended to spend. We have been Albright’s customers for years. We always receive top notch service. They have installed carpet in two different houses for us and just recently refinished our hardwoods. Their price was very competitive, and their service was unmatched. 100% would recommend.
From the minute we walked into the showroom to choose flooring to installation Albright’s Floorings customer service was superior. Chuck came out to measure house and was very detailed with measurements and quote. This was the easiest process. Installers were on time professionals and cared about getting the job done. They moved our furniture to install the carpet and put everything back exactly how they found it. Nice attention to detail. We used Albright’s 20 years ago and got the same service then as we did this time. I highly recommend them.
