Creekside wasn’t my usual provider — my regular dentist is now too far away, so I decided to give them a try for a filling. I braced myself for the inevitable upsell: a deep cleaning, more cavities, the works. But that never happened.
The dentist got right to work — explaining what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost, and keeping me updated throughout. Professional, efficient, and completely straightforward. The assistant and front desk staff were equally welcoming and accommodating.
Highly recommend this practice!
Always a good experience there. Office is immaculate. Staff are all very nice and helpful and Dr Upshaw and Dr Helton are just the BEST!! I’d recommend either of them to anyone looking for a dentist. All the hygienists are great too!! You can’t go wrong anywhere in this office. Been going there for 15 years. New docs just keeping up the good work Dr Koehler started. I’m sure he’s proud!!
It’s one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve ever encountered at a dentist office. The front office was amazing and very helpful and informative in regards to the best plans for treatment.
