First time using Chelsea Gardens but knew of their good reputation. Very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Some of my shrubbery and crepe myrtles were overgrown and they have now manicured it all and I am anxious to see how beautifully it will grow out this spring. Quickly done and cleanup was great. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Their crew cut 1/3 of my lawn, and I am not a client! Mistakes happen, so I called to speak with management. The young lady was very dismissive and said the message will be passed onto the plant manager. After 4 more calls, and 2 more to the gate keeper, who would not give me her name(hung up on me), I still have not heard from them. Buyer beware because they do not care about other's property.Update: Today, they made it right and was apologetic for the rude customer service. Fixed everything in the yard
