Great experience with these ladies! My daughter and I went for spa pedicures and I also had my eyebrows and lip waxed and had a basic manicure. The ladies that attended us were all friendly and gentle. The atmosphere in the saloon is wonderful - very calming and soothing. Reasonably priced! Will definitely be back again!

3 completely dissatisfied customers !!! Nails techs were pushed for time as they were crowded and that’s how they treated their customers ! The nail tech did my daughter’s SNS overlay , and as you can see , it is horrible ! When I asked the tech to explain , she said my daughter asked for 2 extra layers ,, my daughter asked her for 1 more layer because she only did 4 instead of the normal 5 that is always done on her nails . And yes it was pointless to try to talk to the tech as she kept repeating the same thing ! Please keep in mind , my daughter has been coming here for over 3 years every 3-4 weeks , not always totally pleased with the work , but this was hideous !!. She also had her baby sister with her who also got tips with SNS overlay , also not the best nail work but not near as bad as her older sisters done in green ! I got there 45 minutes after they did , and they were already done ! Who can do this in less than 45 minutes per customer and do it right ? . Aside from the ridiculous thickness of the nails , the tech didn’t properly remove and smooth the previous SNS , leaving a base for a total hack job . The tech copped a nasty attitude with my daughter when she asked for her to do it right , rushed through an attempted correction and cut the cuticles on several fingers . The tech would only repeat to me that my daughter asked her for this !! , to pay for her to do a terrible job ??? Seriously ? I was astounded at the lack of consideration to customer service here , as I always get Mrs Kim to do my pedicures , and she is amazing !! This place no longer takes any pride in their work , only herding as many people in and out as they can with no regard to the quality of their work . FYI : when I confronted the tech , she offered to fix my daughters nails , my daughter , 21, was afraid to let her touch her hands again as she had copped such a nasty attitude and messed up her nails and cuticles , my younger daughter , 13, was afraid to say anything ! Needless to say I refused my usual pedicure , and you just lost a very loyal customer ! As I looked around the Salon , I saw several customers with less than decent quality nails , but no one said anything , just started taking a closer look at their nails . People , you are paying your hard earned money for a service you desire , the very least this salon can do , is try to make sure they have qualified technicians to do the work and make sure they are doing it right !
Requested style: Absolutely horrible ! The nail shapes didn’t match , all differant thicknesses , just hideous !! And the tech had the audacity to throw negative commentation about my daughter , in her Vietnamese to her coworkers as if we couldn’t understand the tone ! What the heck has happened to customer service here as well as the quality of the work ?? $165.00 + tip for the pedicurist only !

Ms.Apple is amazing!!. So sweet and talented as well as well spoken. I am a Sales Manager at Cricket Wireless (next to Touchdown Wings) on Bill Gardner pkwy and my schedule is usually after the business hours.an couple of weeks ago Apple and Nina?? (I think) ? were SO Awesome !!!! I was off at 7pm. They closed at 7:30pm and we all know how we love ppl like this. ?. Anyways as every other employee was leaving. These 2 stayed to fix my disaster situation from that nail salon in same shopping center. And the price blew me away. What she charged me to fix was $45 bucks cheaper and beyond better quality and service than the other ones.
Requested style: This was a quick fix to my problem with the other salon in sopping center bc only 4 days before I just got a full set sns. The right picture the black n pink was sns : one was the problem the left pic cheetah and black was gel so they did amazing ?

Arrived today, Thursday, July 11, greeted with a friendly smile at the door. I was promptly seated and requested a gel manicure and gel pedicure. THE BEST, Tammy handled my awesome gel manicure as well as my eyebrows, and it all looks amazing! Vicki did my pedicure, and she is awesome! I cannot be more pleased! Five star treatment! Its always so clean and the staff is very professional.

not the best. past few times i got sns it started chipping and cracking within the second or third day. 4 of my nails were absolutely crooked, i had mentioned it to the tech and she said they were fine when they were not. the last time i went i asked for them to be shorter and she straight up told me no and that they looked fine. there prices are way too high for what you get.

Stylist: I came in at closing, not something I usually do but I was in desperate need and they took care of me and treated me so good and this is the best nails and service that I have received in years. Highly recommend them.

This has been my favorite nail place for a while but my last 3 visits were not the same… and I’ll be finding a new favorite nail salon. Past 2 times I’ve went in they have laughed when I walked through the door due to how tall I am and seem to be rushing through their services when most people go there to relax. During my couple last visits my tech rushed through my nails, she still did a decent job but not as good as I’ve gotten from them before. As I was washing my hands at the end, my tech proceeded to walk behind me while at the sink and stopped behind me to compare our heights… (like I couldn’t see her in the mirror) she said something to her associates and everyone proceeded to laugh again… while idk if they were making fun of me or not I do not appreciate being laughed at every time I go into their salon.
