Never had any issues here with my pets! They love coming here, love the staff, and always look great! Well priced as well compared to some of the other places we’ve been to.
My long haired kitty with a thick under coat was in desperate need of grooming to remove her knots. I knew she would be very difficult and was concerned that nothing short of sedation would allow this to happen.
Thankfully, their awesome cat groomer removed Trina from her crate, held her by the scruff of the neck and went to work. While I stood and watched!!! I can't explain how relieved I felt watching her work.
My kitty is an outdoor cat. She needs her fur coat to stay warm, eventhough she has full access to our warm garage with heated beds. You could bearly tell she had been shaved in several places.
