Brent was a fantastic guy. He was very responsible and responsive. I called on a Sunday afternoon received a return phone call immediately to set up an appointment for the next day. My A/C unit upstairs was leaking water due to a defective primary drain pan. They were able to identify and acquire parts within a day to repair. In addition, due to all the lightning storms, the capacitor in the outdoor unit failed. I called late in the evening, and they were able to respond early next morning for next day repair. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It is a family owned dependable and reliable company. I would definitely use them again.
